Withdrawal window
Consumers may withdraw from a distance contract within fourteen days of receiving the goods without giving reasons. The withdrawal period expires fourteen days after the day on which you acquire physical possession of the last good in a single order. Return process
Email support@chakrelliedholai.world with your order number, reason for return, and photographs if the shipment arrived damaged. We respond with a return authorisation and packing instructions. Refunds use the same payment method unless technically impossible; shipping costs for withdrawal are borne by you unless we shipped an incorrect item.
Non-returnable situations
Products that pose hygiene risks after opening, items purchased as clearance when marked non-returnable, and orders outside the stated withdrawal period may be declined unless mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.
